Agreement
These terms govern your access to the Nexora platform. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your organisation.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance per active user. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to store unlawful content, attempt to breach security controls, or resell access without a written partner agreement.
Service levels
We target 99.9% monthly availability for all paid plans, with contractual SLAs and service credits available on Enterprise.
Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. You may export your data at any time during the subscription and for 30 days afterwards.
