Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, workspace content you create, and technical data such as device type, IP address and usage events required to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
Information is used to deliver the platform, provide support, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer content to train third-party models.
Data residency
Workspaces can be hosted in the EU, UK, US, Canada or Australia. Data is replicated only within the chosen region unless you enable a global feature that requires otherwise.
Retention
Customer content is retained for the life of the subscription plus 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from primary systems and within 90 days from backups.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data at any time by contacting privacy@nexora.io. We respond within 30 days.
