Managing shift swaps and open shifts

Enable swaps in Settings → Scheduling. You can require manager approval, restrict swaps to matching skills, or allow direct trades.

Open shifts can be broadcast to a whole team or only to qualified, available employees. The first eligible claim wins unless approval is required.

All swap history is retained for compliance reporting.
