Running your first pay run

Payroll → New Pay Run pulls approved timesheets for the period and applies your pay rules automatically.

Review the exceptions list: unapproved hours, negative leave balances and rate changes are highlighted.

Approving the run generates payslips, the bank payment file and the journal entry posted to accounting.
